How much do sessions cost?

Yes. Beginners are Jack's specialty. Zero judgment — you start where you are.

How often do I need to train?

Usually 2–4x per week. Jack recommends what fits your life, not the maximum.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Train at your condo, partner gyms (day passes sorted), or outdoors.

How long are sessions?

Usually 60 minutes. 45 and 90 minute options available too.

What do I need to bring?

Workout clothes, proper shoes, water, towel. Jack brings any equipment needed.

Can I train with my partner or a friend?

Yes. One-on-two sessions — proper coaching for both, lower cost per person.
